Job Description:
  • End to end responsibility for company's compliance in all locations within India as per regulations
  • Responsible for compliance under POSH Act; (Policy drafting, employee sensitization training, ICC, Report, etc.)
  • Periodical review of the applicability of various Labour and Employment Laws/rules and frame policy/ guidelines to comply
  • Manage timely remittance of ESI, PF, LWF or any other statutory dues. Partner
  • closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders in the timely management of these compliances.
  • Support and ensure compliances relating to National Pension Scheme
  • Lead for Compliance Audit conducted by internal and external Auditors and to ensure closure of observations
  • Lead the closure of findings in the event of inspections by various Statutory Authorities
  • Manage and maintain records for Challans, Returns, Registers, Display of Notices, License and Registration on a regular basis
  • Manage all compliances as per guidelines of the Contract Labor Act and maintain as appropriate
  • Submit Annual/Half- Yearly/ Quarterly Returns under various Laws across India
  • Manage all employee-related records - both digital & physical
  • Lead all statutory related vendor management efforts
  • Support in handling all Statutory related queries
