Sr Engineer Maintenance (Electrical)

Job Description:

• To Plan the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all machines of the plant and set the check points of machines during the preventive maintenance as per the machine manual and as per working environment.
• Installation of Conveyor lines (Realty Engineering) for SDA, Water Purifiers, and Iron.
• Routine Maintenance of Conveyor lines i.e. motor checking, Conveyor Checking etc. 
• Fault rectification in Injection moulding machines(Both Electrical and Hydraulics)
• Installed Scale Watcher in moulding plant for reduction of scaling in water line as well as cooling towers and chiller.
• Working as a team member in Sustainability Development Project viz. CSR activities.
• Worked Under the Project for reducing Power consumption viz. VFD installation, LED lights installation, Solar LED installation.
• Working under sustainability projects for sustainable future as well as an active Sustainability Champion.
• Team member of QEEHS pillar in ZED Model.
• Compliance Capturing and Clearing

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must Be Diploma / B. Tech Electrical With 4-6 Year Experience in Electrical Maintenance

• Hands on Experience of Operation & Maintenance of Plant Utility that include LT Panel, Transformer,ACB, VCB, UPS System,DG Sets, Air Compressor, Air Dryers, Chillier plant, Fire Hydrant Pump house, Cooling tower, RO plant, STP plant
• Hands on Experience of Troubleshooting & Maintenance toward  OMRON PLC, VFD Panel, and Control Panel wiring.
• Good Communication skill and Managing Power
