As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of our solar installations.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to service requests from residential and commercial customers regarding solar system issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify the root causes of system malfunctions or underperformance.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities on solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other system components.
• Coordinate with the installation team to rectify any installation-related issues that may impact system performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed reports on system inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product advancements, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and practices while working on solar energy systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service, resolving issues effectively, and delivering exceptional customer support.

• Previous experience in servicing and troubleshooting solar energy systems is highly desirable.

• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems.
• Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software used in the solar energy industry.
