Asst. Manager/ Manager- Leasing
Job Description:
As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. You will actively market and promote available units, conduct property tours, handle inquiries, and assist with lease agreements. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the leasing team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends to effectively promote the property's competitive advantages.
- Developing & managing Relationships with existing and New Channel partners
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to target prospective tenants and create compelling property listings.
- Conduct property tours, and present detailed information about specifications and logistics capabilities.
- Build positive tenant relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, and competitor activities, analyze rental rates and occupancy, and generate reports for assisting in strategic decision-making
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills required.
