Job Description:

Proficient in Preventive Maintenance of tooling.

Better understanding of Mould Maintenance

Responsible for produce Proto parts & Jig, fixtures, gauges and other tooling’s trial before production. 

Proficient in project planning, resource utilization & manpower management

Assessed existing product manufacturing processes to make sure they are operating effectively and efficiently

Developed and tested mechanical components, equipment and machinery

Executed fabrication, operation, installation and repair of mechanical products • Excellent knowledge of Tool room m/c operating i.e. Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinder, Power hacksaw, Drilling and so on

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be DPMT / PD PMT / Diploma Tookl & Die Making with 2-5 Year Experience in Tool Room

Mould maintenance.
•Responsible for planning & conducting internal audits.
  on matters related to the Quality System
•Data collection & record maintain of Moulds History
•Member of regular audit team (internal & external)
•Responsible for Timely mould preventive maintenance.
•Engineering Change Notice implementation in moulds
•Tool trail and rectification.
•Maintaining 5 S at Tool Room
