Hiring for Production Manager in Ahmednagar

Company Profile: was started in 1991 with one power press serving with pressed components in a 1500 sq. feet. press shop in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

Gradually the company expanded its customer base to include Electrical Switch gear industries.

It was in the year 2004, that the company expanded its product range to include electrical enclosures like MCB distribution boxes, Consealed metal boxes and main switches.

Today, after 25 years the company has grown to a full fledged manufacturing facility of 66,000 sq. feet. spread across 5 units and manpower over 300. Bw-image-of-F19

With a battery of over 40 power presses, 6 CNC turret punching machines, 8 CNC Bending machines, 2 NC shearing machines, Fabrication, pre treatment, powdercoating and assembly all under one roof, it caters to Enclosure requirements of Electrical giants like Schneider Electric, Siemens, L&T, Eaton, V Guard and Polycab.

Job Description:

Reduced rework percentage by taking in-process audit and mfg. audit.

Work as per the guideline of TPM/TS

Co-Ordinate with PPC department for smooth production running

Arrange for all resources including raw materials, man power and facility required.

Handling overall press shop production for daily production targets

Overall responsibility of welding sub assembly of floor board and running board assembly

PROCESS follows with safety and through with safety and work permits.

Achieving the planned targets without Compromising the quality and quantity

Working as per various standards like ISO9001&Tsi6949-2002 system

Preparation of daily & Monthly reports

Co-Coordinating with Stores, QC, QA, Maint .In day to day activity

Awareness of seven QC tools to improve quality problems

Handling 4M for achieve desired production targets
