Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our QST restaurant and cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Executive Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including chefs, cooks, servers, and other support staff.
    • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the restaurant staff.
    • Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure staff members consistently deliver a memorable dining experience.
  2. Operations Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and cloud kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
    • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation, cooking, presentation, and service.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
    • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations to ensure smooth dining experiences.
