Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Present and promote our range of agrochemical products, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Maintain a customer database, recording all interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the agriculture or chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of agrochemicals, farming practices, and the agriculture industry is a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Communication:- Hindi Fluent, English - Moderate or Basic 

Timing: 10am to 6pm

Monday to Saturday

12 PL + Festive leaves
