Reporting to: QA Head
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree (in Paint technology, B. Sc. Or M.Sc. )
Desired Experience: Min 2 years experience in same pattern industry (Powder coating)
Salary : Up to : 3.00 Lac(s)
JOB PROFILE
1.Process Validation and continual improvements in Powder Coating
2.Monitoring Customer Complaints (Day to day, EFR and Warranty).
3.Visiting customer for complaints/improvements etc
4.Correction-Prevention of Customer Complaints/Process Defects.
5.Monitoring and supporting for IPO and Kaizen methodology
6.Awareness and Training for Inspectors
7.Inspection audit, Process Audit
8.ISO documentation for the department
9.Product test and Inspection
10.Monitoring of Pre-treatment and Powder coating process
11.CAPA on action plans (Internal as well as External)
