Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing the sales cycle by bidding tender of bushing and tracking tender of transformers and EPC.

Searching related bushing tenders from various website to avoid non submission of any tender.

Studying tender documents like Technical specification, BQR, Payment terms and other commercial terms. Comparing the

drawing of customer with ours.

Trying to match ours drawing to the maximum extent w.r.t client drawing.

Proposing best price as per current market situation to win tender and taking price authorization from management.

Submitting tender well before due date.

Tracking tender opening event. Updating the same to Regional sales Engineer.

Follow up with client for any update and getting internal information

Checking the price bid opening event. Updating the same to management.

Participating in Reverse Auction.

Studying Purchase order carefully to check whether the order is in line as per quoted offer.

Getting order acknowledgement from back office and ensuring that there should be no delay in delivering ordered items.

Generating login details for such utilities and websites where do not have user id details till date for bidding

tender.

Vendor registration at customer

Getting the end customer contact details of transformer and EPC tender for generating new leads.

Updating new transformer and EPC tender to Regional sales Engineer.

Introducing our product portfolio to the potential customer.

Sending introductory mail and phone calls for introducing our products.

Getting customer existing bushing drawing and discussing with design team for proposing best solution to the customer.

Regular follow up for new leads to ensure the tender is floated as per our specification.

Regularly update ERP by adding data of new inquiry, quotation, and post-order activities.

Prepare sales forecast as well transformer tender forecast
