Store Management
- Entire plant procurement of the Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, casting & machining spares for the different capacity of Press , CNC machine, Utility equipment ,Induction furnace, After sales service contracts with OEM and services of machines.
Sourcing & Procurement
- Planning & managing overall procurement of material and production requirements including receipt accounting & maintaining stock levels.
- Managing critical material supply for assigned commodities including appropriate communication and elevation of plans and strategies to management.
- Identifying and developing potential vendors for achieving cost effective purchases of materials; reducing procurement cost.
