Job Description:
- To take immediate actions on the factors that are affecting productivity like machine fault, RM shortage etc.
- Adherence of 100% production plan.
- To Plan the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all machines of the plant and set the check points of machines during the preventive maintenance as per the machine manual and as per working environment.
- Working as a team member from savings through Energy reduction, Consumable optimisation.
- Installation of Conveyor lines (Realty Engineering) for SDA, Water Purifiers, and Iron.
- Routine Maintenance of Conveyor lines i.e. motor checking, Conveyor Checking etc.
- Fault rectification in Injection moulding machines(Both Electrical and Hydraulics)
- Fault rectification and preventive maintenance of CNC machines.
- Fault rectification and preventive maintenance of surface grinders viz. Kaizen, GMT grinders, Kent Grinder.
- Fault rectification of conventional machines viz. Lathe machine, milling machine, power hacksaw.
- Maintaining all records such as ISO files (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 50001), Training Records, MIS Data, MRM presentation Data etc.
- To plan the AMC of critical machines for the smooth production working.
- Vendor development for new and regular spares.
- Direct Negotiations from party regarding new spare purchase for machines.
- Involvement in Kaizen activity to improve work culture.
