Manager - Maintenance
Job Description:
Candidate must be B.E. – Mechanical / Mechatronics with 10-12 years of work experience of maintenance of plant & machinery in a medium / large engineering company.
Should have maintenance experience in continuous production line. A hands on and very capable Maintenance Head who is competent across all areas of maintenance. Hands on experience in monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of utilities & plant machineries.
Should able to plan & execute the effective Preventive Maintenance schedule of the machines that will increase the machine availability.
Should have skill to find the root cause and identify the problem- Troubleshooting.
Should have exposure to power press, air compressors & other plant machineries. Able to manage routine maintenance activity and keep the all records and material inventory up to date. Should be able to handle the maintenance team and ensure to complete the work in define time limit. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.
