Job Description:

Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Assciate  in the luxury industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and develop business relationships with corporate clients to maximize revenue and market share. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling luxury products or services to corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Target Corporate Clients: Research and identify potential corporate clients within the luxury industry. Develop a comprehensive target list and create strategies to engage with them effectively.

  2. Sales and Business Development: Proactively approach corporate clients to introduce luxury products or services. Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by providing exceptional customer service. Understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns. Regularly engage with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and ensure customer loyalty.

  4. Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take appropriate actions to enhance their experience. Upsell and cross-sell luxury products or services to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the luxury industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize sales strategies.

  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives. Coordinate with other departments to address client requirements, product inquiries, and service requests.

  7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts. Provide timely updates to the management team regarding sales targets, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in sales and luxury industry management are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the luxury industry.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury products or services, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Availability for travel to meet clients or attend industry events, as required.
