- Production Engineer 02 (Press Shop)
- Production Engineer 02 (Weld Shop)
JD :
- Sound knowledge of Press Shop
- Sound knowledge of Weld Shop
- Production planning of Stamping & Welded Assembly’s as per customer scheduled (Daily/weekly/Monthly).
- Manpower planning as per production plan in each shift.
- Gives trainings to shop floor operators for improve multiskilling for production.
- Plan & Conduct operators training on ISO-TS 16949 in daily & weekly basis.
- Take daily meeting for defect analysis to find Root Cause & Take corrective actions against it.
- Updating Skill Matrix on monthly basis & conducting training for poor rating.
- Responsible about production planning And Material Availability.
- Responsible for Delivery Adherence (Daily Communicate to Buyer And Dispatch as per Requirement).
- Monitoring Daily OEE of All line.
- Monitoring Daily Delivery Reports.
- Monitoring Daily Or Monthly Time Per Operation (TPO)
