We have an urgent opening for the position of National Head- Syndicate Closing for a reputed Real Estate Company at Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur) Location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling multi-location team.
• Handling multi-level Reporting structure.
• Handling site closing  Closing
• Handling lead management
• Handling all AOP projects
• Managing syndicate Channel Partners.
• Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work. 
• Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
• Managing and marketing operations
• Leading multiple pan India projects.

Candidate's Profile:

• Very Good English Communication.
• Good Coordination and convincing skills.
• Should have handled a minimum team of 40 people plus.
• Promotion within the same company is preferred.
• Experience in the Real Estate Builder/ICP Closing department is preferred.
• Should be process oriented & not an individual sales guy.
• Should be good in excel & have good market knowledge.
• Data oriented & should know how to overcome the lows in any project.
• Should have done strategic moves in the current role.
