Executive - Purchase

Job Description:

? Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors of Hardware related shops.
2. Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of
communications with those vendors
3. Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing
needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
4. Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements
with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
5. Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when
there are discrepancies
6. Cost saving to the company
7. Co ordinate with production and suppliers
8. Vender development
9. Maintain purchase records
10. Sound Knowledge of Procurement, Procedures and Systems
11. Prioritize Workload and Consistently meet deadlines
12. Monitor and Regulate the process of Material Requisition’s
13. Strong Negotiation with suppliers to obtain best price and services
14. Good Understanding of Contract
15. Understanding forecasting and reorder points
16. Controlled spend and build a culture of long term saving on procurement cost
