Scrum Master

Job Description:

? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent
work experience.
? Scrum Master certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from recognized organizations.
? Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP) can be beneficial.
? 3+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
? Proven track record of successfully facilitating Scrum teams and delivering high-quality products
using agile methodologies.
? Experience working with cross-functional and self-organizing teams in software development or
other relevant industries.
? Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, with the ability to guide
teams through the Scrum framework effectively.
? Proficient in resolving conflicts, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative and
empowered team culture.
? Familiarity with various agile frameworks and practices, and the ability to tailor them to suit the
team's needs.
? Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills to facilitate the team's growth and
continuous improvement.
? Knowledge of agile metrics and reporting to track team performance and progress towards project
goals.
? Previous experience in agile project management, product development, or related fields is
advantageous.

? Experience in coordinating and managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, handling cross-
team dependencies and scaling agile practices, if applicable.
