Job Description:

 

  • Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce our educational products and services.
  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding the unique needs of each customer and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our EdTech products to potential clients, addressing their pain points and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their educational goals.
  • Generate and qualify leads, managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education and technology industries to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales leadership to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.
