We have an urgent opening for the position of Purchase Executive For a reputed Company for the Nerul location.
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Vendor Management
- Purchase & Procurement of Products in the form of purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of the final product.
- Implement and monitor the procurement strategies in order to meet the category goal
- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency of stock supplies.
- Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvements through customer feedbacks •
- Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Clearance of Payment invoices
- New product working for buying based on past sales of similar products
Candidate's Profile:
- Experience in engineering related purchase is preferred
- Good Negotiation skills
- Experience in Vendor Co-ordination rate comparison
- Purchasing the best quality at the best price.
Experience:2 - 4 yrs in a similar role
Qualification: Any Graduated
