Assistant Manager – MT - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - Delhi (Okhla phase 3)
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager -MT for a reputed FMCG MNC Company in the Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) Location.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for PO procurement from all assigned Key accounts – Supervision Stock and cold room operations.
- Responsible for registration, code creation and listing of new customers in Yakult’s Sales base.
- Coordinating with category buyers/ Managers for stock fulfilment at store level.
- Coordinating with category buyers/ Managers for any GEN related/ delivery related issues and resolving the same.
- Coordinating with key customer managers for branding and promotional activities.
- Following up with marketing team and vendors for final branding installations at store level.
- Coordinating with Yakult center reps for resolving any customer - related issues.
- Coordinating with branch sales team on day-to-day basis for purchase orders (PO)/ GRNs pricing for MT accounts.
- Coordinating with finance team for outstanding /payments related issues.
- Responsible for proving timely balance confirmation, NDC, Account Ledger, Reconciliation reports to customer by coordinating with finance.
- Analyzing outstanding data and keeping a check on the pending payments and recovering the same from the customers.
- Suspense zeroization by following- up on payment advice from the customer for all the key accounts.
- Align with various support departments within the company and outside to ensure necessary support inputs.
Work Experience: 3 to 4 years modern trade sales experience (Industry - Food & Beverage and FMCG).
Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:
- Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate from Delhi.
- Languages known: English and Hindi
- Should have excellent negotiation skills.
- Male Candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, should have market knowledge and team handling skills.
