QA Engineer

Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

8 years’ proven experience as an QA Engineer in a fast-paced environment

He shall be fully familiar with ISO-9001-2015 Quality Management System.  

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certified.

Expert knowledge of technical design processes, flowcharting techniques, and code compliance.

Ability to balance the scope of large projects while managing.

Welding Knowledge (Preferred)

International certification e.g., API/CSWIP will be preferred.

Ability to review/prepare/develop quality manuals.

Ability to review/prepare/develop quality plans.

Ability to develop quality procedures/ ITPS/ Checklists/ Test reports.

Ability to conduct Quality audits for construction/ engineering/ procurement.

Ability to conduct Quality Toolbox talks / quality awareness/ training sessions.

Ability to verify the effectiveness of corrective action & risks mitigation to prevent NC recurrence.

Ability to Verify, via audits/surveillance, that the quality requirements of the Quality Plan and associated Quality Management System are being implemented and are effective.

Maintain an audit schedule approved by the Quality Manager and participate in audits that are executed.

Ability to close the audit Reports, and initiates recommendations to solve quality problems.

Participate in meetings with client / contractors and ensure the same observing Project Quality requirements.
