Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment or related industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify areas for growth.
  • Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to close deals that are mutually beneficial for the clients and the company.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update management on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and insights to the management team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • A self-starter with a high level of motivation and energy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
