Job Description:
- JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintenance of all Admin Register in soft copy formats
1.1 Contractor’s attendance registers daily.
1.2 Contractual work force gate pass register daily.
1.3 Monitor manpower registers daily.
2. Contractual Work force Payroll
2.1 Check all required documents before join the new worker in organization likewise age proof, EPF
registration, medical checkup report etc.
2.2 Register individual on Pay roll system likewise create punching of new deployed worker.
2.3 Update all the attendance of contractual workers on daily basis.
2.4 Prepare the self-awareness deduction sheet as per their misconducts and make sure to deduct penalty amount
from particular bills.
3. Housekeeping Activities
3.1 Maintain daily stock of housekeeping materials as well as issue required material by ERP system.
3.2 Have presence on the shop floor and monitor housekeeping activities.
3.3 Issue required forms and formats from the QA department and prepare documentations.
3.4 Monitor the housekeeping checklist frequently.
3.5 Maintain proper Housekeeping in Plant as per check list.
3.6 Co-ordination with drainage wastage management with the consent of ETP & FPH.
4. Billing Process
4.1 Properly check the total men days and rates of particulars with the bill.
4.2 Cross verification of monthly attendance sheet with the billing amount.
4.3 Deduction of penalty amount, self-awareness note amount as well as canteen facility.
4.4 Properly check invoice likely invoice number, GST number, LUT number, invoice date, financial year etc.
5. Statutory Compliances
5.1 Assist HOD-HR for Implementation and maintenance of legal records under various labor laws as per check
list.5.2 Assist HOD – HR to comply with all statutory compliances ensure that in timeframe completion
5.3 Timely submission of ER-1 annual return, Bonus payment (Form C & D), Gratuity, EPF challan and ECR
verification.
6. Contract Labor Management
6.1 Monitor all required register.
6.2 Verification of the EPF Challan and ECR sheet with attendance sheet and submit the monthly report to
HOD-HR.
6.3 Coordination with the contractual supervisor regarding man power requirements.
6.4 Ensure manpower allotment as per plant requirements and coordinate with the supervisor.
6.5 Monitor attrition rate of contractual work force on a basis of 90 days cycle.
7. Pay Roll and Preparation of Wages & Salary.
7.1 Prepare wage sheet as per the attendance sheet daily basis also update legal forms of personnel likewise
leaves, OT, C/off, W/off change, outside duty etc.
7.2 To ensure to get overtime slips from departments on daily basis with approval.
7.3 After complete the wage sheet of employees as well as apprentice submit same to the HOD-HR on every 2 nd
of the each month.
7.4 Prepare the Bonus sheet as well as PL sheet monthly basis.
7.5 Update deductions likewise canteen deduction, Uniform, GLWF, EPF, Advance loan, TDS, Professional tax
and any other previous month adjustment if required.
7.6 Prepare full & final settlement of personnel’s who leave the organization.
8. MTM Sheet
8.1 Prepare MTM sheet and submit to HOD-HR on timely.
9. Day to Day supporting Admin Activities
9.1 Assist HR-HOD in day to day activities of Administrator like Pest control, Security, Canteen, Travelling
facilities etc.
10. Cost Saving.
10.1 Responsible to maintain and effective usage of all equipment’s of the Dept.
10.2 Ensuring cost saving measures are implemented at the dept. and reducing the wastage.
