Chemical & Process Engineer
Job Description:
Develop and manage production methods and formulation that are optimized to provide the right quality, quantity, and throughput time of the products.
Make formulations with precise and optimized process parameters available for production.
Support and mentor production operators with daily process optimization Update and modify formulations as needed from Group R&D Optimize recipes to retain competitiveness in the local market within the parameters specified by regional and global R&D
Investigate product complaints; Follow up process and quality deviations; Describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators; Provide necessary staff with training; Assess the need for changes.
