Job Description
BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Resource is expected to perform Salesforce Admin responsibilities and support the team at DAMAC. This
includes to handle all User support tickets & Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited
to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and
reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(Kindly provide detailed information regarding the primary duties and tasks
required for this role.)
Description
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions,
- public groups
- User support tickets
- Identify and gather issues from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts,
- record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Monitor user adoption
- User training and creating training materials
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Description
? B.Tech/Relevant education
? 3+ Years of Salesforce Admin experience
? Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce PD1 – good to have
