VP /AVP- Merger and Acquisition/Equity Fund Raising- Mumbai (Bandra)
Job Description:
We are having openings for the position of VP /AVP- Merger and Acquisition/Equity Fund Raising- Mumbai (Bandra) with one of our clients in the Financial Industry in Mumbai (Bandra).
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Banking
- To handle buy-side and sale-side mandate of unlisted and listed Corporate
- Traveling and meeting the corporates and sourcing the mandates in PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising PAN India.
Note: There will be one Associate VP for sourcing the mandate and one associate investor relation in the team.
Age - 30 -45
Gender - Male
Candidates profile:
- Should have Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Experience in Equity Fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitch decks and deliver impactful presentations.
- MBA FINANCE. CA/CFA would be an added advantage
- Hardworking
- Positive attitude.
