Operations Executive / Back office Executive
Job Description:
Meeting with the clients & help clients to obtain visas & documentation,
Collection of documents & form filling for Canada immigration process
Communicate with the clients in person, calls & email
Providing accurate information to the clients regarding their visa & process,
Providing exact & accurate status to the clients
Focusing on client satisfaction & customer services
Improve & built good & healthy relationship with the clients
Inform to the clients regarding all Canada visa immigrations laws, rules & regulations & complete process
Industry: Manufacturing Industry – Immigration, Foreign Education, Tours & Travel.
Experience: 1-2 years.
Salary range will be Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month
Education: Any Graduate
Location : Naranpura, Ahmedabad
