Job Description:
- Plan, install and maintain IT operation, including operating system, security tools, servers, applications, e-mail system, Laptop, desktop, software and hardware.
- Responsible for smooth functioning of IT and computer across all the offices .
- work with functional head / manager to understand their expansion requirement and provide IT support in cognition in current as well as up coming offices.
- Preserve asset by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedure, information security and control structures .
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirement, initiating corrective actions.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectation and appraising their performance.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate system, polices and procedures
