Monitoring daily data entry in SAP in Plant Maintenance Module

Keeping and timely analysis of preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance data.

Legal requirements related to fired /pressure vessels and other installations

Implement Energy Saving Programme in the Organization.

Assistance in Preparation of CAPEX and Plant Maintenance budgets

Implement the cost saving measures in the maintenance function

11

Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain high Morale of the Workforce

Provide on Job guidance to sub-ordinates to enhance skills and knowledge

Responsible For Technical modification for better productivity

Managing department budgets, maintaining statistical records with proper History.

Responsible for Managing minimum stocks of spares and equipment's.

Coordinate with Sub Dept. Like Purchase, Store, Account & Production Dept.

Planning & Execution of Plant Shutdown

Implementation of 5'S in Maintenance Workshop

Verification of Measurement, Bills which is submitted by Vendor

Ensure safe practices in the function and people With Follow Safety System

Inspection of Painting, Insulation job as per Standard Procedure
