Logistics and Sales Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company

Job Description:

• Graduate / PGDM in marketing / supply chain with 3 to 5 years in the field of export & import documentation
• Female candidate preferred.
• Experience in marketing & sales, especially customer support & coordination
• Technical skills such as product identification, classification in terms of engineering goods,will be desired.
• General awareness of Quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS
• Experience in working with Clearing & Handling agencies for material movement on Shipping and Airports.
• Knowledge of working with licenses such as EPCG, Advance License, RotDep etc. will begiven preference
• Good PC skills for MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Previous Customer service experience in Refineries, Petrochemicals/ fertilizers, Industrial Gas segment will be given preference
• High Energy level, Flexible, Disciplined / Punctual. Ready for domestic travel.
• Service attitude with business acumen.
• Good Communication skill. (written verbal communication with customer) Presentation Training experience
• Should possess skills like Microsoft Office usage, ISO documentation etc.
• Positive attitude , good grasping power, self-motivated ready to take challenge
• Strong focus on Time bound material inwarding and delivery
• Customer relation, coordination with Sales & Operations team
• Clear understanding of Customs and Foreign Trade documentation
• CHA handling, Shipping Bill related documentation, Customs related documentation
• EPCG License, Advanced License, AD Code registration, RCMC, COO certificate etc.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & local language (Gujarati desired)
• Excellent proficiency desired on Computer applications such as MS Excel (Advanced excel preferred), MS Outlook, Tally (desired).

• Good inter personal skills for overall coordination and feedback
