Job Description:
EA Duties-
? Take notes from meetings/discussions & draft emails and correspondence letters from Director
? Maintain calendar and appointments for director
? Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
? Personal assistant responsibilities ? Make required travel arrangements for Director
? Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
? Call companies and connect with directors and marketing managers
? Research, call and schedule appointments with potential clients/vendors based on certain criteria
? Research on various industries and accumulate relevant information
? Make client agreements ? Overlook operations and smooth functioning of the office when Director is traveling .Maintain financial information of Director
? Office Supplies- inventory, ordering stationary, required materials, Attend calls , File expenses, managing data base, reports, bank statements etc
? Ensure smooth functioning of office internet, office furniture, bill clearance for phone and electricity, etc. Keeping office neat and clean ,Arrange for client visits, meetings etc.
? Scan resumes of candidate, short list and call for interviews ? Conduct first round of interview ? Maintain confidential information
? Excellent communication & listening skills English , Excellent proficiency in word, excel & power point , Good understanding of computers & internet , Strong relationship building skills
? Highly motivated, pro-active and a self starter to work with limited directions
? Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
