Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Crime

Role Objective
Leading Global Consulting firm is seeking to recruit a bright and passionate individual who have relevant
work experience and skills in AML/Regulatory Compliance/Financial Crime domain.
This is an individual contributor role encompassing aspects of client-management,
execution & implementation of work allocated by the project managers and ensure
delivery excellence – specifics include the following:
a. Delivery of AML/FCC/Compliance projects, working closely with clients (Banks,
Insurers and Capital Market Firms) and other project stakeholders.
b. Building client relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts
c. Support in building a thought leadership by creating contemporary articles on
AML/Compliance or by being a speaker at leadership forums on contemporary AML
topics.
d. Use proven tools and techniques to execute project deliverables in a manner
congruent with our clients business objectives.
e. Support in creating bids and proposals for new projects and client opportunities.

? Work Experience & Education
a. Candidates should have 7+ years of professional experience in AML/CFT,
Sanctions, FCC, and Regulatory Compliance advisory.
b. Strong preference will be given to candidates from Big 4 firms or other consulting
firms specializing in FCC advisory.
c. Application of AML and regulatory compliance expertise in consulting, financial
institution, specialty finance, financial services or regulatory environment.
d. Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Economics, Accounting and Finance,
Engineering); preferably an MBA / Professional qualification (ACFE, ACAMS,
LLB/LLM or related certifications preferred).
