Company Profile: Established largest distillery in Maharashtra, started molasses base production in the month of December-2008, having manufacturing capacity of 1.20kl/per day with modern technology and advanced plant and machinery with latest technology and atomization PLC, SCDA. DCS etc systems and having our own 3 MW thermal /co-generation captive power plant, We have also Grain base Distillery having production capacity of 60kl/ENA per day 

Job Description*

• Create requirements listing and indents as well as advice on quality and specifications for mechanical equipment to be sourced for various projects
• Supervise mechanical installations for projects to facilitate on-time completion while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Identify methods to improve the overall efficiency and functioning of the mechanical department on an ongoing basis
• Develop and control the plant’s mechanical maintenance budget for spare parts, labour and machine to provide the necessary resources to conduct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
• Forecast spares consumption and ensures spares planning and control as per budgeted norms
• Supervise the provision of ongoing maintenance support to the plant for all shifts
• Direct the implementation of mechanical maintenance systems; manage any modification and improvement projects that continually improve the plant operation
• Create annual predictive and preventive maintenance schedule and calendar for all mechanical installations
• Ensure adherence to and execution of predictive and preventive maintenance schedule
• Supervise execution of breakdown maintenance activities in order to ensure minimize downtime and loss of productivity
• Provide technical assistance for vendor development and selection for indigenous spares
• Plan capital expenditures and monitor progress of budgeted jobs
• Create requirements listing and indents as well as advice on quality and specifications for mechanical equipment to be sourced for various maintenance needs
• Work with the Head, Engineering to get timely approvals from the Factories Inspector on new project implementations
• Ensures mechanical maintenance activities are in compliance with regulations and corporate policies to maximize safety and limit financial exposure
• Monitor resource planning and mobilization to ensure effective utilization of resources
• Identify the training needs and prepare and implement the training plan for the unit
• Establish performance goals for department’s employees, and monitor performance on a continual basis
• Undertake performance appraisals of direct repartees and strengthen their performance through constructive feedback and on-going mentoring and coaching

Candidate Profile:  B.E/B. Tech – Mechanical Engg with Relevant Experience

(Distillery Exp/ Continuous Process Industry Exp will be preferred).

Minimum Experience:  06 Years

Maximum Experience:  12 Years
