Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends competitors and customer needs.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
5. Conduct market research and analyze industry data to identify emerging trends and potential areas for business expansion.
6. Prepare and present proposals presentations and sales contracts to clients negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote company products and services.
8. Monitor and evaluate sales performance providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the luxury furniture industry/ interior design and must have a strong knowledge about the interior design, layout of design .
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions.
