Job Description:

Construction Manager

• Years of experience : 10 years of minimum

• Qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Industry Specification : Oil & GAS

? Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

? Review the project Scope in-depth to schedule deliverables and execute as planned.

? Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with schedule, quality, Safety and within budget.

? Coordinate and direct construction site Engineer / Supervisor, workers and subcontractors, day to day work assignment, and control.

? Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

? Review the work progress on daily basis

? Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

? Plan ahead (Monthly, Weekly) to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

? Negotiate terms of agreements, ability to review the draft contracts pertaining to Construction scope.

? Ensure the work plan and obtain permits and licenses as required to the job site.

? Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

? Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques, He must have international Codes and Standards awareness.

? Meet contractual conditions of performance.

? Laise with Procurement for material tracking, monitoring and requiring as per the site condition and requirements.

? Laise with QHSE and ensure the Standard Compliance.

? Laise with Engineering team for Field changes and proposal solutions as per the site Condition.

? Laise with Project Control and planning for adhering the Planning and project budgeting, resource planning.

? Laise with Project Manager such as but not limited to for all necessary project planning, reporting, attending weekly meeting, Contractors representative to Client.

? Shall have strong technical background to command and control the site and sub-Contractors.
