- Daily production planning and target achieving as per plan.
- Manpower handling solving customer complaint.
- Daily model wise production planning.
- Daily rejection analysis and root cause action report making and preparation of CAPA for any assembly defect.
- Involve in implementation of kaizen at work station.
- Familier with co2 ,spm and robotics welding, seam welding
- Daily meeting taking with worker about customer complaint. Maintaining zero rework on shop floor.
- Should have worked in Electrical Panel Manufacturing
- Sholud be familiar with below Process / Machines
- CNC Turret punching M/c
- CNC Bending M/c or Press Brake
- Fabrication : Spot welding , CO2 welding
- 7 tank Pretreatment
- Powdercoating
