1 Accounting Manage All Accounting Activities
Ensure timely booking, meet compliances
Training to Team
Maintain Relation with CA, etc.
2 Banking & Finance Manage Fund
Manage Treasury and banking transactions
Manage Whole Foreign Transactions
Maintain Relation with Bank, NBFC and other financial institutions
Preparation and manage Budget
Fund Raising, its utilisation, etc.
3 Taxation Timely filling of All Returns i.e. Direct & Indirect
Timely do payment of all Statutory liability
4 Customs & DGFT Manage Export Transaction
Dealing with Custom Department / DGFT Department
Dealing with CHA
Support/guide in Import Transactions
5 RBI/FEMA/MCA/ROC Manage all compliances
Timely meet all compliances
6 Other Necessary matters Lead Procurement Team, HR & Admin Team and support to Project Management Team
