Project Manager
Job Description:
? Project Management Professional, Oversee and direct Overall project from
conception to completion.
? Review the project Scope in-depth to schedule deliverables and execute the
project as planned and within Budget.
? Oversee all onsite and offsite overall Projects activities such as but not limited to”
? Laise Planning, Scheduling, Project Control and resource management.
? Engineering Management,
? Procurement Management,
? Construction Management
? QHSE Management to monitor compliance with schedule, quality, Safety
and within budget.
? Coordinate and direct Project Team for all project phases of Execution.
? managing project administration define the mechanism, monitor and
Control.
? maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other
projects / Stakeholders and their impact.
? Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the
management, planning and control of the project.
? Conducting a periodic project evaluation review to assess how well the
project was managed and for further improvement.
? preparing any follow-on action recommendations
? Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
? Review the work progress on daily basis
? Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
? Direct for Plan ahead (Monthly, Weekly) to prevent problems and resolve any
emerging ones
? Negotiate terms of agreements, ability to review the draft contracts pertaining to
overall project scope.
? Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
? Meet contractual conditions of performance.
? Laise with QHSE and ensure the Standard Compliance.
? He shall have strong technical background to command and control overall all
project and sub-Contractors.
