Job Description:

Summary:Support marketing functions to increase sales and brand awareness by developing and supporting digital materials and systems. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Implements innovative and cohesive Marketing tools; Ensures the continuity and creative design of promotional materials, print media, direct mail and other marketing materials to standardize look and feel. Monitors internal documents and websites to maintain the look and feel. Assists the Marketing Manager in the planning, development and implementation of innovative advertising and trade-show programs tailored to specific foreign and domestic market needs.

 

  1. Updates and manages all company websites; continually optimizes the company’s web presence to increase customer traffic and improve organization of information; Ensures all website information is up to date to promote an accurate and professional company image. Updates and manages all company mobile applications.

 

  1. Provides video editing and conversion support: Uploads and edits video files into the requested formats and archive files for future reference.

 

  1. Develops and maintains mobile applications: uploads and updates content via content management system and resolve performance issues to ensure a reliable / relevant sales tool

 

  1. Conducts market research to identify marketing opportunities; Monitors brand status and competitive landscape for Concrete Products equipment; Helps to define niche market focal points and tailors marketing materials to actively pursue these markets.

 

  1. Supports domestic and international sales channels: Provides sales support by implementing new or updated marketing materials to meet specific customer or industry needs. Develops and proofreads the content of all print advertisements, brochures, videos, press releases to maintain marketing materials quality, Facilitates the distribution of promotional materials to the sales team.

 

  1. Supports internal and external customer service: Understands and documents internal and external customer needs and expectations, Communicates to appropriate team(s) when an expectation will not be met.

Problem Solving-(Problems are highly varied, complex and often non-recurring; require novel and creative approaches to resolution. New concepts and approaches may have to be developed.)

  3. Contributes to team effort: Willing to attempt new assignments or fill in for others as needed; accomplishes other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:                         

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, Graphic Design preferred
  • 3-5 years in Marketing/Advertising as well as in the Concrete Product or Capital Equipment industry
