Job Description:

Maintain all the shift report and documents work. Responsible of shift schedule as per production planning. Handle manpower as per the production requirement.

Production knowledge of MV and EHV electrical cables (11kv to 220 kv) for various sectors.
Achieve monthly production target.
Ensure overall production plan in every shifts with respect to volume,machine efficiency &quality.
Manage RM consumption to reduce overconsumption with Production Team.
Row Material requirement planning.
Responsible for RM & drums schedule look after consumption and WIP.
Prepare SAN data and works on inventory/RM control.
Production Planning.
Specialist and responsible for maintain minimum inventory on SF.
Raw Material handling.(store to SF as per consumption on the day).
Tracking scrap.(scrap booking 551-552).
Responsible for production entries online on the daily basis (SAP).
Prepare Production report and send to all management team on the daily basis.
Prepare scrap reports and circulate to production team.
