Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the branch along with business development
- Primary focus on driving Acquisition of new customers, deepening the existing book & Cross selling multiple products.
- Ensuring branch meets its CASA, FD and Third Party Income Targets
- Have a strategy plan for achieving the Third-Party products like LI, GI
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.
- Should ensure that the branch complies with Banks policies and processes.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services.
- Ensure strong employee engagement, hiring and attrition control.
- Responsible for meeting the assigned branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management and Cost effectiveness at the assigned branch to ensure profitability, also ensure that branches adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.
- Ensuring that the customers get world class services and their needs are understood and met through the financial product offerings of the bank.
- Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development and Revenue Generation.
- Ensure all laid down system and processes are followed at branch as stipulated by the Senior Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 Years experience in managing Retail banking branch
- Good communication skills
- Should have experience in team handling
- Should possess leadership and good inter-personal skills
- MS Office, MS Outlook, IT skills
- Good analytical Skills
