Job Description:

Position: Manager – Budgeting & Management Accounting

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience Requirement: 5 to 7+ Years    

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner/ 30 Days Max

Summary: Plan and manage cost accounting and management accounting activities, providing costing and financial information to facilitate effective decision-making processes.

Knowledge: Proficiency in Costing, Management Accounting, and Accounting standards.

Basic Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with all levels of management and staff, as well as strong leadership and motivational skills.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in costing, management accounting, and accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and ERP systems, along with strong analytical, modeling, and commercial reporting skills.

Other Skills & Competencies Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Trainings Required to Perform the Job: ERP LN training.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounting reports by BU.
• Analyze costing and financial data, and generate periodic financial and management accounting reports.
• Monitor and assist with costing and finance operations, month-end closing activities, and special projects as required.
• Apply accounting principles and support policy and process improvements.
• Contribute to the preparation and compilation of the operating plan and budgets.
• Liaise with and handle internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Ensure relevant procedures are in place to maintain and achieve product safety, legality, and quality aspects (required for all Level 4 and above positions related to food production).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree or a Professional qualification.
