International Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:

• Present, Promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer lead through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyse the territory/market potential,track sales, and sales status report.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback and strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ready to travel out of the country as well as to visit national customers.

Requirements and skills

• Experience with office management software like MS Office. (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Challenge-oriented work skills.

Education:

MBA in the specialization of Marketing / Export Marketing with Chemistry/Physics/Pharma.
