Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Service Engineer for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Goregaon) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- traveling to the client's location to solve the software and electrical-related issues.
- He will be responsible for the installation of gym equipment.
- 3Attending Customers
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls
- responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Build positive relationship with customers
Candidates Profile:
- 1 – 3 year’s experience
- Education desire: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics
- Preferred Field- Fitness/ home appliances/ electronics consumer product
