Job Description:
- Attends daily meeting with Plant Head to discuss production target achievements and action plan for failures.
- Feasibility study of New Products and All Development Activities.
- Providing weekly project Activity updates to M.D/Team Management/Corporate Office for NPD projects of New Compound Grades and Cost saving projects.
- Compound Formulation for New Projects and modification of Existing Recipes. Working in all type of Polymers like EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR, PBR, NR+SBR, NR+BR, NR+BR+SBR, CR, ACM, AEM, FKM, ECO, SILICON, CSM
- Over all responsible of CMB and FMB production as per requirement or as per plan.
- Over all responsible for Testing of R.M and Chemicals as per Specification.
- Daily basis inventory checking for R.M and Chemicals.
- Completing NPD documentations as required.
