Job Description:
- Fully responsible for technical management during project construction and providing technical solutions;
- Coordinate with Party A on technical issues;
- Guide and manage the work of local designers;
- Disclosure of organizational design;
- Review design drawings and prepare change negotiations
- Inspected and solved on-site problems;
- bachelor degree, HVAC major, fluent English, proficient in CAD, able to independently calculate the bill of quantities, need to work on site.
- Lead the team to daily inspect the internal operation and maintenance of the property, find hidden quality hazards
- Responsible for preparation of MIS & daily energy consumption records.
- Complete the tasks arranged by superiors and regional FE manager.
