  We are looking for an experienced account professional to manage our account portfolio and help our
  accounts team.
  For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As a account
  executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals.
  Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new
  and existing accounts
• Responsibilities 
•  Day-to-day management of client relationships through solid communications across all channels
• (digital and analog)
   Partnering with clients and agency cross-functional teams to manage their stated and unstated
  needs on a daily basis
   Be responsible for fiscal accountability (P&L) across all engagements you are leading
   Develop strong and long-term client relationships
   Act as the liaison between clients and organisational team members
   Supervise the account executives and representatives team and ensure deadlines are met
   Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
   Negotiate contracts and close agreements
   Support team and clients with new features and product launches
   Handle budgets and manage organisational costs.
   Preparing invoices & reports as per the requirements
   Review and contribute to creative execution to ensure organisation output remains on-strategy and
  adheres to key milestone documents.
  Requirements and Skills
   Proven work experience as a account executive
   Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
   An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
   Excellent communication and team management skills
   Strong analytical and negotiation skills
   Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
   Commerce Graduate with post graduation in Finance Management or inter CA desirable.
