Job Title: Customer Support Executive (UK Shift)
Department: Customer Service (International Process)
Location: Stalwart Insignia, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Permanent UK Shift | 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive handling the UK process, your role is crucial in managing the client's customer lifecycle:
* Service &Support: Professionally handle inbound/outbound interactions, focusing on initial inquiries, order processing, and providing consultative product information.
* After-sales Service: Manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product-use guidance to increase customer loyalty.
* Returns Management: Efficiently manage the returns process, including processing Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs), coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Documentation: Accurately update customer records and interaction details using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
* Communication Skills: Must possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to handle international clientele effectively.
* Shift Comfort: Must be comfortable and reliable working in a UK Shift timing 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
* Technical Proficiency: A good working hand on MS Word & MS Excel is mandatory for documentation and reporting.
* Soft Skills: Must be a Team Player and a Quick Learner due to the technical and dynamic nature of the service support.
* Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: 1 - 2 Years or more
Freshers with excellent English communication and MS Office skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
