- Inspection record ( Receipt, Fpi, In process,& Final )
- Shift wise Q, A details.
- NCR & Deviation report.
- Approved shade card.
- Standard Testing procedures.
- Rejection Analysis Activity.
- Preparation of the daily QC Measure report
- Customer visit & audit preparation
- Control on final SQC activities
- Pre- dispatch inspection &preparation of inspection test certificates.
- Monitoring & necessary Quality records.
- All lot AQL as per our sample plan.
- Involvement in In-Process quality and FG checking
- Daily Basis Raw Material testing of, Adhesive, Inks, Corrugated boxes.
- Daily basis Quality Testing to be check let GSM, Viscosity, OD, Solid Contain, RBT, BST, COF, corona treatment, sealing test, Induction Testing.
- Preparation of PPM, Process Flow Chart, SOP, CAPA, Control Plan &Work Instructions.
- Preparing of graphs & charts for daily rejection of process.
- Sound knowledge of quality & process methodology like 5S, 7 QC, QMS, QCFC, SQC, and SPC.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly report.
- To take reporting from subordinates about their daily working.
